Reset your computer

Follow the steps below to re-install Windows to factory settings and to go through the Cam Academy Trust setup process. This requires local administrator credentials on the computer which you can get from your IT department.

1) In the Start menu, search for Reset and select Reset this PC

2) In the Recovery window, under Recovery options, click Reset PC and enter administrator credentials, if prompted.

3) Select Remove everything

4) Select Local reinstall

5) Select Next

6) On the Ready to Reset page, click Reset.

7) Once Windows has reinstalled, you should see a Setting up for work or school page.

8) Once this process has completed, you should be presented with a Windows login screen where you can login with your school account.
