No classes are showing in Apple Classroom

If when you open Apple Classroom you are prompted for your teacher information or no classes are shown then you need to contact your local IT Support, inform them of the issue and as a reminder to them tell them that it's probably that your iPad is not assigned to your username in the MDM.
