I get an error saying an Authentication error has occurred?

After successfully logging into remote access via the web site https://remote.catrust.co.uk and entering my password I get an error saying - An authentication error has occurred, The function requested is not supported. This could be due to CredSSP encryption Oracle remediation - 

This problem is due to a recently released security patch for Windows 10 1809 that has made remote access fail to connect, as of 18 May 2018 IT are currently working to resolve this issue.
