JAMF Parent (iOS Devices only)

As of 27/2/2020 it is only possible for parents with an iOS device to control a students school owned iPad, JAMF assure us that over time a web and android based option will roll out.

 It is possible to manage various aspects of a child's device using an Apple Store app called JAMF parent which is freely available from the app store - JAMF Parent Download

Download the above linked app and then follow the steps in this document to add your childs device to your iOS Jamf Parent App (NOTE - You cannot add your childs device during school hours, the process will fail AND any restrictions you put in place will not apply during school hours):

Details on how to use JAMF Parent once you have installed it on your iOS device can be found in the following PDF document, please note that we are currently limited to a small subset of the functions in this guide due to some odd licensing issues, our Pro version has fewer functions than the Lite version, JAMF are working on changing this! The functions you can currently control are Allowing and Restricting Apps and Enabling App Lock :
