Pencil not working

What do I do if my pencil (for iPad) is not working?

Check The Battery

Following the steps in our article - How to check pencil battery - Remember you can get a quick charge off your iPad by plugging the pencil into the Charge port on your iPad (as you do to pair the pencil)

Check The Nib

If the end of the Pencil has become even slightly un-screwed it won’t work, screw it back up

Re-pair

Take the 'rubber' end of the pencil off and plug the pencil back into the charge socket in the iPad, as you did to pair it the first time, leave it in for 5 seconds and remove it and try again
