Prerequisites
- You must have an account that you've previously signed into before. If you've never signed in then you must visit IT Support for further instructions.
- You must be registered for Multi-Factor Authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator App. Instructions on how to register can be found here:
Process
Login to https://portal.office.com
On the homepage, select the Settings cog > Under Password Select “Change your password”.
Then Type your old password, followed by your new, then confirm your new password > Press “Submit”
You'll then be asked to verify that your new password works. Type it again here and select “Sign In”.
