Marking an email as "Not Junk"

Occasionally our filters will pickup legitimate emails and mark them as junk. Be very cautious removing items from the junk folder but if you are certain the source is legitimate please follow the steps below to move the email back into your inbox.

Open Outlook and locate the message in your junk folder

Right click on the message and hover over "Junk"

Click "Never Block Sender" 

Any future emails from the sender will go straight to your inbox.
