Resolving log in issues

1. Open Microsoft Edge
2. Hit 'Ctrl + Shift + Delete' to bring up the 'clear browsing data' menu 
3. Select 'Cookies and saved website data' and “Cached Data and Files' and then Clear. 

5. Close the browser, re-open it, and try again to log into the e-mails  from this link https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=catrust.co.uk (the same link as on the school website) 

Clearing cached settings on Google Chrome 

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Hit “Ctrl + Shift + Delete” to bring up the “clear browsing data” menu 
3. Select the Advanced tab
4. Select Time rage 'All time'
5. Tick 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' and then select 'Clear data'. 

6. Close the browser, re-open it, and try again to log into the e-mails  from this link https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=catrust.co.uk (the same link as on the school website)
