Clearing cached settings on Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge
- Hit 'Ctrl + Shift + Delete' to bring up the 'clear browsing data' menu
- Select 'Cookies and saved website data' and “Cached Data and Files' and then Clear.
5. Close the browser, re-open it, and try again to log into the e-mails from this link https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=catrust.co.uk (the same link as on the school website)
Clearing cached settings on Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- Hit “Ctrl + Shift + Delete” to bring up the “clear browsing data” menu
- Select the Advanced tab
- Select Time rage 'All time'
- Tick 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files' and then select 'Clear data'.
6. Close the browser, re-open it, and try again to log into the e-mails from this link https://login.microsoftonline.com/?whr=catrust.co.uk (the same link as on the school website)
