How to look up an extension in the Phonebook

When you need to call someone and you don't know their extension you can use the phonebook to search for a phone number.

This includes phone numbers at other schools.

1. Press the button below 3CX PBook

2. Press the Search button

3. Use the keypad to type in a phones name (all phones in cambourne have a suffix of CAMVC)

4. Once you have found the correct number highlight it and press Call
