As a Trust, we believe there should be as few barriers as possible between our schools when it comes to sharing resources. Our use of SharePoint/theCATalogue should reflect this, and thus, much of the content we have on our sites is available (usually Read Only) to all Trust Staff.
This documents sets out the default permission levels we set on standard document libraries on your sites.
n.b. Your sites may differ according to your context - if you have any questions, please contact IT Support in the usual way.
Don't forget, if you have Contribute access to a site, you can edit the design of the SharePoint pages themselves. Please ask if you want to know how.
