There seems to be a bug in the desktop version of Teams whereby it doesn't allow some users to set the time for a calendar appointment to be anything other than a half hour increment - for example, attempts to make it go to 15:10 will result in it snapping back to 15:00.
The solution/workaround is to set the App Language in Teams settings to English (United Kingdom), demonstrated in this very short video:
