In the event that the solution to a problem is not listed in the knowledge base, or you require additional assistance it will be necessary to raise an IT support ticket.
To create a support ticket, email support@catrust.co.uk with a brief description of the problem. Upon sending the message you will receive an automatic reply letting you know that a ticket has been created, and further updates to the ticket by the IT support team will be e-mailed directly to you.
Please be aware that the ticketing system has a limit on the number of character it will display for the 'subject' on a ticket, therefore details of the problem should be written in the body of the e-mail.
