The links in the Actions column allow the user to:
- Deliver – Click to deliver the message to regular inbox. (This is disabled by your administrator - continue reading for further information)
- Block List – Click to have the sender added to the block list.
Due to certain protections in place, you are not able to deliver these emails yourself however if you select "View Message Log" you are able to view the full details of this message (not the body of the message).
If you require an email to be released, please raise a ticket by forwarding the quarantine summary email to support@catrust.co.uk with as much information as possible as to which email(s) you'd like us to review including some or all of the following detail to help us identify the exact emails(s):
