When creating bookings in your Outlook calendars you may need to add a category/colour. To do this, follow the below steps.
- Go to your calendar and click New Appointment
- Fill out the various details as normal
- On the Appointment tab, click the Categorize drop down menu and select the colour you want
- You may get a popup asking if you want to re-name the category. If so, choose a name, if not, leave the defaults.
- Save your appointment.
