METHOD 1:

If this doesn't work please follow these steps and then if that doesn't work there are further options lower down!
METHOD 2:
1. Access file menu: Click "File" in the top left corner of Outlook
2. Open options: Select "Options" → "Mail" from the navigation menu
3. Navigate to signatures: Click "Signatures" in the Composers section
4. Create new signature: Click "New" and name your signature
5. Paste signature content: Add your signature text in the "Edit signature" box
6. Set as default: Configure signature for new messages and replies under "Choose default signature"
METHOD 3:
- Click on File and select Settings
- Select Accounts on the left followed by Signatures
- Give the Signature a name
- Paste your respective Signature from the below list into the box
- Press Save
Make sure you copy and paste the signature below into outlook when you get to the final stage of the instructions, and replace the generic text with your details/delete text as needed.
